MLRN Executive Board members, Richard Lange and Scott Scafidi, have developed a tool to help new teacher and mentor pairs make wise decisions as to the role each one must play when working in a school system.  One concern that we have discovered which is both problematic to the culture of a school as well as it’s structure is whose job is it to help the new teacher navigate his/her way through a new school system.
